Through this ecommerce site, due to connector product packaging being less than standard pack quantities, shipments may vary in quantity by ± 5% and may not be shipped in the original packaging (i.e. product on a reel might not be packaged and shipped on a reel).
Please be advised that for connector products purchased through this ecommerce site, as they are typically stored and shipped in broken packaging, the connector products have no date codes, lot codes, or manufacturing codes. We do provide a C of C (Certificates of Conformance) statement and is included at the bottom of the packing lists with the shipments. The connector products are sold as is.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship.
JST Cancellation / Restocking Policy
10% CANCELLATION POLICY
If the order has not yet been processed, a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred against the refund amount.
20% CANCELLATION / RESTOCKING POLICY
If the order has been pulled from inventory and packaged for shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred against the refund amount.
If the order has already shipped the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return. The product will be inspected upon receipt and a 20% restocking fee will be incurred against the refund amount.
